Tell me what you are trying to improve.

You do not need to know which RKS service you need before getting in touch. Start with the problem, opportunity or idea and I can help work out the most sensible next step.

A useful first conversation

Tell me what the business does, what you are trying to achieve and where things currently feel difficult.

If RKS can help, I will explain how I would approach it. If I do not think you need a particular service, I will tell you that too.

Start the conversation

Give me enough context to understand what is happening and I will come back to you with the most useful next step.

That might be a specific service, a fixed-price review, a bespoke project or simply a conversation before deciding.

Already know what you need? Select the closest service in the form and I will use that as the starting point.
Not sure? Choose "Not sure yet". You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.
Existing RKS client? You can use the same form and mention the current project in your message.

Your details are only used to respond to your enquiry.

Enquiry sent

Thanks. I have received your message and will come back to you as soon as I can.

What happens after you get in touch

I do not want the first response to be a generic sales email. I will use the information you send to work out what would actually be useful.

1

I read the enquiry

I look at what you are trying to achieve, the business context and the area you think needs attention.

2

I suggest the next step

That could be a conversation, one of the fixed-price offers or a more specific project depending on what makes sense.

3

We agree what happens

If there is a good fit, scope, cost and expectations are agreed before any work starts.

Before you send the form

Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Choose "Not sure yet" and explain what you are trying to achieve. I can help work out which type of support makes the most sense.
Do I need to have a fixed budget?
No. The budget field is there to help me recommend something realistic. You can select "Not sure yet" or leave it blank.
Can I enquire about more than one service?
Yes. Many projects involve more than one area. Choose the closest option and explain the wider requirement in your message.
Can RKS work on a one-off project?
Yes. RKS works on both one-off projects and ongoing monthly support depending on the work required.
What if I just want to discuss an idea?
That is fine. You do not need to arrive with a full brief. Explain the idea and what you are considering and we can take it from there.
