The RKS Marketing Audit is a deeper review of your website, SEO, social media, competitors and current marketing activity. It is designed to give you a clear view of where the business stands today and what should happen over the next 90 days.

Good marketing decisions are easier when you know what is actually happening.

Most businesses build their marketing over time. A new website gets added, social media grows, someone starts running ads, SEO gets looked at occasionally and new ideas keep appearing.

Eventually it becomes difficult to tell what is helping, what needs fixing and where time or budget should go next.

The Marketing Audit brings those areas together and gives you a more complete view of how the business is performing online.

What I will review

The audit looks at the main areas that influence how people find your business, understand what you offer and decide whether to buy or enquire.

You will leave with a 90-day plan.

The aim is not simply to point out problems. You will receive a prioritised plan showing what should be tackled first, what can wait and where the biggest opportunities sit.

Your website Messaging, structure, user journey, conversion points, trust, calls to action, content and overall presentation.
SEO and Google Search visibility, on-page SEO, content opportunities, local search presence and obvious technical issues.
Social media Content quality, consistency, positioning, engagement and how effectively social activity supports business goals.
Your competitors How competing businesses position themselves, how visible they are and where your business has an opportunity to stand apart.
Current marketing The channels and activity currently being used, where effort may be getting wasted and what deserves more attention.
Growth opportunities Practical areas where the business could improve visibility, conversion, customer acquisition or retention.

Common questions

Who is the Marketing Audit for?
It is best suited to businesses that already have a website and some marketing activity in place, but want a more complete view of what is working, what needs attention and where the next stage of growth could come from.
How is this different from the £195 Growth Sprint?
The Growth Sprint is a shorter review designed to identify immediate priorities. The Marketing Audit goes further into each area and includes a more detailed strategic review, competitor analysis and a 90-day action plan.
Do I have to use RKS to carry out the recommendations?
No. The audit and action plan are yours. You can carry the work out internally, use your current suppliers or ask RKS to help with individual parts of the plan.
Will you look at paid advertising too?
If paid advertising is currently part of your marketing, it can be considered as part of the wider audit and reviewed alongside the rest of your activity.
What happens after the 90-day plan?
You can use the plan internally or ask RKS to help implement the recommendations. Any implementation work is scoped separately, so you stay in control of what happens next.

Stop guessing which part of your marketing needs attention next.
